Where are you located?

We currently do not have a show room and operate as an online only service. We sell and install all over the Auckland region.

How much does install cost?

Our current install rates are $75 +$40 for any additional windows. Install time is generally an hour per window (depending on window / door size)

Can I install the blind myself?

We have a installation video on the ‘INSTALL” page that goes over everything you need to know when installing. If self install is something you feel comfortable doing, send us an email for a quote.

How are the blinds fixed into place?

We build the blinds a couple of mm undersize to ensure the surround fits into the frame without effecting the blinds use. They are secured with screws to the inside of the window frame and the small gap between the frame and the blinds gets filled with silicone to ensure there is no light leak and a clean finish.

How long will my order take?

We typically have a 2 week wait time in order for us to manufacture your order. This time may be longer depending on how busy we are. We pride ourselves on great communication and will keep you updated at every step of your order.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, we charge 30% deposit and the remainder on the day of install.

How do I measure my window?

Measuring a window is easy! We need your inner window frame width and height in mm. We will double check your measurements before we start manufacturing your order. You can view our diagram on how to measure on the product item page.

Warranty?

We stand by our blinds being a premium product. We offer a 2 year warranty to cover issues that may arise from normal use. You can contact us at deepsleepblindsnz@gmail.com

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order for a full refund if it is before we start manufacturing your blinds. If you change your mind after we have started manufacturing you will not receive your deposit back.

Is there a minimum order value?

For smaller windows, a minimum order value applies: $200 for Single Pull and $250 for Dual Pull.
